AI assistant for carriers and freight forwarders: less back-and-forth.
AI support for transport enquiries, coordination and email. Your team confirms prices, timing and capacity.
From an incomplete enquiry to a prepared response.
01 / Recognise
A transport enquiry is distinguished from status updates, invoices and routine mail.
02 / Prepare
Route, timing and supplied shipment details are summarised. Missing details become a draft question.
03 / Confirm
Your dispatcher confirms availability, price and any commitment to the customer.
A proposed workflow example, not a client case study. Exact scope and integration support are confirmed before the pilot.
What stays with your team.
Dispatch decisions, live capacity, prices, customs judgement and delivery commitments. No TMS or ERP connection is assumed until we have checked it with you.
See what the pilot costs on the pricing page, and how we handle access, approvals and data on the data and control page.
A good fit starts with the process.
Worth a conversation if…
- You have an established business and a repeatable workflow.
- Your team spends several hours a week sorting, preparing or chasing.
- Someone can own the process and review the work.
- You can share representative examples and authorised tool access.
Start somewhere simpler if…
- Every task is unique and nobody can describe the rules.
- You mainly need a one-off chatbot or a new website.
- Nobody can review exceptions or own the outcome.
- You expect guaranteed revenue or unrestricted autonomous actions.

Which logistics tasks are suitable for a first AI pilot?
Transport enquiries, status requests and document follow-ups are useful candidates when the steps repeat. For example, AI can extract the route and shipment details from an enquiry, flag missing information and prepare a draft for the dispatcher.
Can AI confirm a transport price or delivery date?
A person approves prices, delivery dates and capacity commitments. The initial workflow prepares information and drafts; it does not independently promise a rate, allocate a vehicle or change a shipment.
Do we need to replace our transport management system?
We review the tools you already use first. A connection depends on their supported APIs, exports and access controls. We agree the integration and fallback before implementation; replacing your TMS is not a default requirement.
How much does a pilot cost for a transport or forwarding company?
The 45-day pilot costs €690 as a one-time fee, excluding VAT, and covers one agreed workflow on one inbox. AI usage and hosting are additional; the AI model runs on your own AI account at cost, with no markup. If you decide to continue after the pilot, the subscription is €490 per month. Payment terms are confirmed in the written offer.
Does the AI send replies to customers on its own?
No. Nothing is sent without your approval. A new deployment first runs in observe mode, and the AI prepares drafts for your dispatcher to review and approve. Anything urgent is escalated to the responsible person straight away.
Which language does the AI reply in?
It drafts replies in the sender's language and in your company's voice. Your team always reviews and approves them before anything is sent.
Where does our data go, and who processes it?
We install the AI assistant on your own server and operate it as a monthly service. Model providers and connected services may still process data, so we document in writing which providers your setup uses and on what terms. Access is limited to the data and tools the agreed workflow needs.
How does implementation work, and how long does it take?
The pilot runs for 45 days. We prepare the server, connect email and deploy the workflow, which starts in observe mode. An acceptance review follows, where we check the results together. Continuing is your decision; a subscription does not start automatically.
